SHIPPING POLICY

Parfumerie has been proudly serving our loyal customers for over 24 years and we are happy to ship all orders in the continental US for a flat rate of $6.95. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must be through Priority Mail due to shipping restrictions at a flat rate of $12.95. For faster delivery options, please select your desired alternative at checkout. Shipping is FREE for any orders over $200. Your order may require a signature upon delivery.

If you prefer to pickup in-store, please include promo code INSTORE-PICKUP and include the store you would like to pickup at in the checkout notes (i.e. Parfumerie Federal Way, Parfumerie Tacoma, or Parfumerie Everett). We will contact you when you order is ready for pickup.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Parfumerie will accept exchanges or returns for 20 days after the purchase date if all items are unopened and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any items that have been opened and/or used. This policy is in place to help maintain strict quality control and ensure that every product shipped is in 100% original condition.

If you would like to exchange or return your item, please contact us to initiate the process and to obtain a shipping address. We do not accept online returns in stores. Please include the following information within your message:

- Full name

- Address

- Phone number

- Email address

- Order date

- Order number

- Reason for exchange or return

Please note: Do not send items in a padded envelope or other non-robust package. We cannot process the exchange or return if we receive the items back damaged. We are not responsible for items that break in transit or are lost or missing. Shipping costs to exchange or return items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you are requesting a refund, it will be processed after we receive the item. You will receive a full refund, less shipping, back to the original payment.
